Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Vizitka works and what you agree to when you use vizitka.mk. The service can be used from any country. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Vizitka is an online service for a digital card, a page, or a small shop. You can use it from any country. The software is provided by one party. The domain vizitka.mk is registered to another party. The site runs because those two parties work together. Every account gets a link such as imeto.vizitka.mk. A custom domain is only on plans that include it, and you register that domain yourself.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for what you publish on Vizitka.

Your account

Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. If someone else uses it, write to us.

Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to host and show it so the service can work. A page you publish is public to anyone with the link. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. We may remove content that is illegal, harmful, or against these terms.

Plans and access

Paid plans unlock the features listed on the pricing page. Limits such as products, galleries, and a custom domain depend on the plan you choose.

Custom domains

You register and pay for a custom domain yourself, with a registrar of your choice. Vizitka does not sell or register domains. You add the domain in your admin only if your plan includes a custom domain, such as Web Vizitka Pro or Web Shop. After you add it, you must point the domain to Vizitka as shown in the admin. Until then, your page stays on a link like imeto.vizitka.mk.

Payments through Paddle

Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as Merchant of Record. You pay Paddle, not Vizitka directly. We do not collect or store your card number. Paddle may offer cards and other methods through their own partners. When you check out, you also accept Paddle buyer terms.

Taxes and invoices

Paddle collects and remits applicable taxes, such as VAT, where required. Invoices and payment receipts come from Paddle.

Refunds and cancellation

Payments are not refunded, as explained in our Refund Policy. You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, access stays until the paid period ends. Billing questions may be handled together with Paddle.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vizitka to break the law, spam, attack others, or harm the service. We may suspend or close an account that does this.

Availability

We work to keep Vizitka running, but we cannot promise zero downtime. Features may change as we improve the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date we publish it on this page.

Liability

Vizitka is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost data, or damages beyond the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. Rights that the law in your country does not allow us to remove still apply.
