This page explains what data Vizitka collects on vizitka.mk, why we use it, and how you can ask us about it. It applies wherever you use the service.

Who we are

Vizitka offers digital cards, pages, and online shops on vizitka.mk. You can use it from any country. The software is provided by one party. The domain vizitka.mk is registered to another party. Both are needed for the site to run. Questions about the service go through the Contact page.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your name, email, password, and phone number if you add one. We store the text, photos, and other details you put on your card, page, or shop. If you write to us through a form, we store your message and contact details. When someone opens a public page, we store a visit record: IP address, device, browser language, and the page that was opened, so the account holder can see visitor numbers.

Payments through Paddle

Payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as Merchant of Record. You pay Paddle, not Vizitka. We do not collect or store your card number. Paddle may share your name, email, country, tax details, and payment status so we can open or keep your plan. For payment data, Paddle privacy rules also apply.

How we use data

We use this data to run your account, show your public page, count visitors, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and send service emails such as login or billing notices.

Cookies on the site

We use cookies that are needed for login, language, and basic site function. After you accept the cookie banner, we may also use cookies for analytics or ads if those tools are turned on.

Who we share data with

We share data only when needed to run the service. Paddle processes payments. The host and the email service keep the site and mail working. The party that provides the software and the party that holds vizitka.mk can both access what is needed to operate the site. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account and content data while your account is open. After you close it, we remove or anonymize data unless the law requires us to keep a record. Payment records may stay with Paddle.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or to close your account. Write to us through the Contact page. We will reply as soon as we can. If the law where you live gives you more rights, you can use those too.

Children

Vizitka is for people 18 or older, or younger users with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without that permission.

We may update this privacy page. The new version applies from the date we publish it here.
